    Hi Folks,

Was on the dole between start of June and mid July.
Due to an error on their part, I was owed 1 weeks money from the begininng .
Also due to starting work on a particular date I was owed 5 days at the end.
Person in sw office Maynooth took my bank details and said it would paid into my account.
To date I have not received anything from them.
It was 22nd July when I signed off.
Anyone have an idea of how long these things take?
I have tried ringing the Maynooth/Ballyfermot office to no avail.

    Thanks,

They just don't answer phones anymore it seems, too busy with people calling in person. This is what you will have to do I'd say Dave, or if you want first send a letter of enquiry outlining what you have said there. It might help speed things up, if possible state why it's difficult for you to call in person and they might sort it for you.
