Ye just had a look at it there only problem is max stake on the transfer market is 125 so all you can make is 12.50

ya that is a prob, but its a free 12.50 though. Only risk is that he signs for an English club but very very unlikely

Not sure if it's the same in Germany as it is in Spain but in Spain, they can still sell players to other countries, even though the window shut at midnight last night. This is from the BBC.

Although deadline day passed in Spain at midnight, I believe they are allowed to sell players to Premier League clubs today, so Everton should be able to get Atletico Madrid defender Johnny Heitinga and Valencia midfielder Ever Banega, should they so wish.

Ya that means british clubs can still sign foreign players, but foreign clubs cant buy english players

On the same theme lumped £200 on kris boyd to stay at Rangers at 1/5. He said yesterday he wasnt leaving and the only real link was to a turkish club, who cant sign him now anyway as european window is closed

Former Bluebirds target Kris Boyd has vowed to ignore speculation linking him with a move away from Rangers.

Reports yesterday suggested the striker has rejected an offer from Turkish outfit Trabzonspor ahead of the transfer deadline.

The 26-year-old also turned down a move to Birmingham in January, the proposed switch collapsing over personal terms after a fee had been agreed between both clubs.

Boyd – who has twice been linked with Cardiff in his career – said: “There has been a bit of speculation but I don’t pay any attention to it.

“The thing for me was to get myself back in the team and back on the scoresheet.

“I’ll just keep my head down and take things from there.”

Boyd’s Rangers contract expires at the end of the season, with talks over a new deal yet to take place.

He added: “I’m not bothered about the contract situation because the most important thing was to get back in the team and back among the goals.”

    An hour to go....

    boyd 1/8 now.

Zigic to stay at valencia at 1/3 seems certain, no news on him all day. I know nothing about him but no rumours, backed him too! If any one of these shorts odd bets doesnt win i will cry:( I never bet at this size!!

Why the hell would you bet on something you know nothing about?

I presume it would be with the idea of making a profit.

These kind of markets are the closest to a level playing field a punter can get with a bookmaker. e.g. Bookies are more likely to price these wrong.

I suppose I may have worded that wrongly, I meant that I knew nothing about him transfering. He had been linked to english teams in recent years but never materialised. The links were pretty weak this time round too

He didnt go anyway in the end. Neither did Boyd or Ribery

I found Sky to be a little slow to change their odds in reacting to news, they still had collins at 1/4 after it was announced publically that he had completed a medical
