Did you hear back from them? I just got a letter informing me that I didn't even make the interview stages. Really disappointed because I thought I did quite well in the assessment. The vast majority of people there were really quiet and timid and shy speaking in front of other people. Also I was well dressed, which I would have hoped would give the impression that I really bloody needed/wanted the job.

Bah.
