    Just a heads up on a problem i had recently and its resolution through Meteor Customer Care / Meteors forum.
    I posted on Meteors new forum and found doing so seemed to get me a quicker response both posting wise replies from them and call backs from the customer care team. You can see the thread here. In the end because of the forum i believe that is why i got it resolved. Just off phone with them and have been told my account will have the data charges taken off and i wont be forced to pay them and have them re-credited to my next bill whick i think is a win for me as was there fault in the first place.
    Anyhoo just thought id post so people who this may be of interest to know.
