electrical installation costs new build

    Hi there,

    just getting prices back for 1st and 2nd fix electricial for a 3000sq ft timber frame build. standard enough spec all mk switches , 60 double sockets , some recess lighting , garage, etc
    Got first quote back for 8k. had budgetted this amount a year ago but was expecting it to be a bit more competitive nowdays
    anyone any thoughts or getting similar quotes
