I read the charter and I am not looking for legal advise but opinions on this.

Whats basically I am wondering has anyone have any experience charging someone from England from here.

I wont be sure of the charges that they will be receiving, but what happened is two fellas from Wales and England attacked me and a friend.I was pretty badly
assaulted(staples in head, swollen etc) where he repeatedly kicked me in the face/head on the ground.I got the guards involved straight away and was taken straight to hospital. The guards dealing with the case rang yesterday and said they have there names and numbers and that they where over for a rugby match in the city. But having all this he said that it might be hard to get them since they are in England. The attach happened outside a hotel with CCTV and there are two banks beside it as well on with CCTV and the guard said I should have the assualt on that.

Whats people opinions on this, is it that actually hard to get them charged for this over here.
