    Hi experts.

I have a Gaggia Evolution and while it's no problem getting a good espresso pull, I can rarely seem to get the milk right. Big bubbles rather than a smooth finish.

Using Avonmore or Glenisk full fat from the fridge in a metal jug thingy.

I do seem to have more success when I use more milk but mostly making just for one.

    Any tips?

There's a hole on the side? Never noticed. I have one of those black plastic Gaggia steam wand thingies.

I'll check it out when I get home?

    Thanks.

I have an Evolution myself and have found that it can be done alright, however I'm also considering a mod to put a Sylvia wand on it also try warming the milk in the microwave first as the Steam functionality on the Evoloution is not great.
