Staking strategy

I'm trying to come up with a new staking strategy that incorporates both my confidence in the selection and the edge I believe I have. Basically what I have is this.

In terms of confidence, I bet like this:

    1 2.5
    2 5
    3 7.5
    4 10
    5 12.5
    6 15
    7 17.5
    8 20
    9 22.5
    10 25

which is a max bet of 5% of my bank and a min bet of 0.5%.

In terms of edge I have something like this:

    0.05
    0.1
    0.15
    0.2
    0.25
    0.3
    0.35
    0.4
    0.45
    0.5

So 0.05 is a bet where the bookie has it at 1.95 and I believe it should be 2.00. 0.5 is where the bookie has it at 1.50 and I believe it should be 2.00 (unlikely, but I've included it anyways).

What's the best way to combine the two to have a decent strategy?

    Thanks.

Why would you bet on something with a confidence of 1? Surely that makes for a stupid bit.

Well it's 1 as in the lowest in my terms. It's more of a speculative bet I think.

would it not just be linear?

2.5=.05 edge --> 23=.5 edge and all corresponding values in between

if thats the way you want to do it like
