Just a thought, every so often I do

On one level I don't mind too much as I don't do it for money but its damned cheek when you see someone in Russia trying to make money out of my stuff!

I don't google them... but I do have statistics on the control panel of my site.

I had an incident last week where some Chinese search engine crawled my site and was hotlinking to some drum tracks in Mp3 format. They downloaded one of them about 14,500 times! Lucky I caught it in time otherwise I'd have to pay a lot of $$$.

It's really opened my eyes up to the need for security though. The tracks were being given away for free but this was pure abuse. Maybe just something that people need to be aware of if they have their own website.
