    was just wodnering if anyone has got this, and if so, how hard is it to connect to sky and then get it streaming to your iPhone?

    It's easy on both counts. Just make sure you have a stable home internet connection (a fixed line one, not a mobile broadband variety IMO) and a decent data plan for your iPhone.

    That true as AT&T in the states stopped the version that worked over 3G. Apparently there was ways to use it over 3G if you jailbreak

    I'm still not sure I'd do that though - you'd easily go through the 1GB monthly allowance that most mobile operators here have and you definitely don't want to do that.

    I've been using it over WiFi with a UPC digibox connected to a SlingBox Classic though and it works quite well.

    Please note the SlingPlayer mobile for iPhone is not available on the Irish Appstore. You need a UK or US account to download.
