Hey guys,

Not sure if i'm posting in right place. Just wondering if anybody else signed up for the free downloads with e music and then found it impossible to cancel the account before the trial period ended. When i tried to cancel, it kept reverting me to a page where it asked for my credit cards details again. In the meantime i was charged 12.99 on my card. I sent an email to the billing section and got a reply saying they would examine my query and get back to me but surprise surprise no reply as of yet. Wonder if i contacted mbna would they be able to stop another payment being taken from my card if i explain to them my problem?
