Defies logic some of the questions people ask on this site

The 'open senior' competition on the link relates to a seniors competition 3 weeks ago. This is not the 'senior scratch cup' which the op refered to, the date for the senior scratch cup is 3/10/9 and there is not any information on the link as in relation to it.
Carlow usually fills up fast so if anyone has any info as to when the timesheet opens I would be interested too

Would you not just pick up the phone to the club?

Is it an Irish thing where people are afraid/embarresed to call places to ask a question?

Ring 'em. I entered yesterday, spoke to a nice girl who put me down. Its 40e prepay so have laser/credit card at the ready.

3 officially. Never played before so don't know the odds of getting out on spec. I entered off 2.1 and was told I'd have no problem getting on the sheet.
