    Just wanna say congratulations to 2 of the guys ,who were promoted over the weekend by Head Instructor Pedro Bessa.

    Shane "capoeira" O Donovan , who was promoted to Purple Belt.
    Shane Callaghan who was promoted to Blue Belt.

    The guys looked pretty sharp over the weekend during competition training. ;)
    Congratulation guys on your promotions.

    Congrats Guys, job well done. Delighted for both Shane and Batman. Sorry I missed this but can my belt whipping be carried forward :). Congrats to Liam too for building up his club. Hope to see some of ye at Bristol anyway :)
