Sky have setup an online Freesat from Sky / FTV card replacement service. You are eligible for a free replacement card if you:
Purchased Freesat from Sky

Purchased or replaced your Sky viewing card (on its own, without a new box) after 1st May 2006

All you have to do is enter your viewing card number to check eligibility. It allows you to have the new card sent to ANY UK address so it could be handy for those that bought cards through third party retailers.
