If I jailbreak my iPhone, is it possible to undo it?

As jailbreaking a phone technically invalidates the warranty, it is possible to undo the changes if I wish. I believe it's 100% irreversible but not sure how. Any help would be much appreciated!

Well to "unjailbreak" it I would assume you just update/restore from legitimate sources via iTunes

Yes, that's what I meant. Just want to make sure jailbreaking doesn't cause any problems when doing a update/restore. Don't want to brick my iphone. :)
