I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is necessary for someone to attend a court hearing if they have legal representation. (It's for an unpaid speeding fine in the District Court). Would really appreciate the advice.

I'm saying this before a Moderator does, did you read what the forum charter says on the top of this section of the forum?

You need to consult a solicitor.

I'm not giving out to you, these are not my rules.

Cant offer legal advice, read the charter.

Contact your solicitor, (s)he should instruct you.:)
