    Hi all
I have just got a call from Ikea for an Interview on Monday having completed an assesement this week. Can anyone please help i haven't had an Interview in about 10 years and I am feeling a bit nervous as to the format as the assesment wasn't your run of the mill. What should i wear and what sort of questions will they ask.
    Thanks in advance:)

    What is the interview for?

ie is it management/supervisor or floor staff.

Clothes wise, definitly business dress,no matter what the job level is.

As for questions it will depend on the job.

There are interview tips in one of the stickies at the top of this forum.

Have a read through them and have answers prepared and examples you could use from your past jobs to prove how you dealt with various situations.

Also do some research on the company.Go through their website and find out how many outlets and employees they have, the company ethos etc.

Best of luck with it anyway.
    :)
