There aren't any more marathons in Ireland, as far as I know, but if you don't mind crossing the Irish channel, the Luton marathon is on December 6th.

The next Irish marathon after Dublin, afaik is Connemara. The others all come at once. Newry, Belfast, Cork, Dublin 'multimarathon' etc are all around May/June.
