    http://www.armanstudio.com/arman-biography-42-eng.html.

Thats what it is called, built in 1982.

I am planning to visit this in a few weeks. Its in a southern Paris suburb.
I have found the site on google earth, its in the grounds of a big mansion.

Since then the Mansion has come up for sale as it used to be the HQ of Cartier. The Tower was included in the sale. Not sure if it has new owners or not.

i only found out about this place today while i was looking through the old abandoned classic posts, looks so interesting make sure to take pictures of it when you get there,

I read that it used to be cleaned thoroughly every day until recently where its been neglected slightly.

    enjoy it

Maybe if some collector planted a controlled explosive under this sculpture it might liberate some of these cars. :D

There are no 2cv's in that tower. So whats there so far in the previous pic?

    DS, Escort Mark 1, 204, R16, 204, Chrysler Alpine, 504, Simca 1100, Simca 1200, Fiat 500, 404, R4, Volkswagen K70, 1100, GS, DS, Opel Commodore, 204, Traction Avant, 500, Aronde, 504, Fiat 1300, Mercedes 190, R12, Simca 1200, 104, Renault Floride, Unknown pink yank, R5, AMI 6, R16, and I think a Chrysler 2 litre.

heres the other side of that monument, looks like it was being cleaned.

    armanarmand.jpg

and when i searched around google, I found that you can buy a model of it. I didnt get a price on it, but its probably not cheap.

Heres an updated version with some of the ideas from the other posts in the thread.

    display.php?idn=351

Then found another one for sale http://www.artaban.com/categories/bijoux-d-artistes/pendentif-long-term-parking and its a cool

8,000 Euros. Some people obviously have more money than sense.......
