I'm looking for some spare parts for a peugeot 407 saloon car. (Head Lamp) Dnt wnt to spend a bundle so i first want to check the scrap yard to see if there is any left-over parts from written off cars.

If you know an address or a phone number of a scrap yard in Cork please let me know as I 'd be very obliged. If not even Dublin would do. Thanks all.

Forge hill recycling centre is the only one i can think of.

Traynors up the north would prob have one as well and they'll deliver down south.

not sure if charlie is on about the same place??
try pouladuff dismantlers at the bottom of forge hill, its not that big so dublin may be a better bet,

ring around on goldenpages.ie but don't hold out too much hope. The value of the scrap iron often outweighs the value of the parts these days.....

Wouldn't be a bad idea, thanks i'll do that. We are ripped-off in Ireland badly. An item which was valued at 852 euros in local market was only 272 dollars in the States. This is why we will be in recession for the next century. Thanks

Try the Red Book listings and there are loads in cork county and on their website you also get listings for the North.

    - Gerlan Car Parts on Sawmill Street
    - McCarthy Car Parts - Watergrasshill

I find McCarthy is actually the best. Better than even Pouladuff.
