    Hi
I'm currently looking at doing an accounting technicians course in Limerick. There are 3 colleges doing the courses but one is by IATI and one is CAT (certified Accounting Technician I think)

Can anyone advise me what is the difference in these course ie qualifications etc. Also is anyone has taken one of these courses in limerick I'd appreciate it if you could private message me. I've read that the courses can be made more difficult if you have a bad lecturer so I want to factor that into my choice too.

    Thanks
    Jennyr

CAT is connected with the association of certified chartered accountants (ACCA) so when you complete CAT you can progress further to the professional accountancy exams getting exemptions for your CAT exams.

Check out the ACCA website. They have past exam papers there.
