    Homicide doesn't mean he was murdered, but I'd say yer man is guilty of manslaughter. Apparantly Conrad Murray spent an hour on the phone to his lawyer before ringing an ambulance. Theres somethin fcuked up there like, and theres nothing to say that the time he was onto his lawyer MJ could've been saved if he'd have rang an amubulance straight away.

    But its definitely not murder. Michael Jackson knew exactly what he was taking and manipulated different doctors into getting the drugs he wanted by using different names. Nobody forced him into taking those drugs.

    Well,I'd say it was manslaughter, but bear in mind Jacko brought it all upon himself by abusing these painkillers in the first place.

    IF the doctor DID murder Michael I almost feel sorry for him. To Americans he was a legend almost a God. Everyone everywhere is going to hate him, after he gets out of prison an old man.

    The maxium jail time for manslaughter in California is six years. So not that much older even if he was to be convicted and given the maximum penalty.
