I am just writing this on behalf of my brother, he has a great base in telecommunications and wants to specialise in D-Side copper jointing, fault finding, joint remakes, block and tails and change overs. He worked in this field for some time and is finding it very difficult to get trained and certified either here or in UK. He has been in contact with a couple of places but doesnt cover his requirements.
Does anyone know of anywhere here or in the UK that offers such a course?
