    Hi John

Can you advise me on the availability, opinion and cost of the Sony 2400ES & the KEF 2005.3(these are about as expensive as I can afford, if not over budget)
I am upgrading from a very old system and I want something that will last a few years , I will be matching with Sony 40w4500, Sony BDPs350 and sky digital. I dony know too much about the technical end of these things but have read the varied debates re sony v onkyo v denon and am none the wiser now as each seem to have their merits.

Hopeing you can share your wisdom (with good price obviously)

    thanks

    Scanner,

Thanks fro the post & apologies it's taken me so long to get back to you.

The Sony 2400 is now a finished line for us so unfortunately that may limit your options a little - however the Denon AVR1910 did recently win the latest What Hi-fi supertest up against the Sony 2400, Onkyo 607 and the Yamaha 765 and everyone that has got one from us to date appears delighted with them - we can do a package including the
AVR1910 with the 2005.3 at just €1149.99.90 (that's almost doing a Euro for Pound deal!!!!!)

All the above are availabe from stock,

Drop me a line if I can assist in any way,

    ATB,

    thanks for reply John

I will have to think about Denon as all other equipment is Sony, but that is not to say I am ruling it out. On a slightly different tangent what do you think of the q acoustics 1010i package as they seem to have very similar reviews to the kef 2005.3 but a lot cheaper and if I did go with these how would they suit the Denon

    thanks again

The Denon is the biz (just ask over on the general HE forum)

However on the QA 1010i front - I would recommend this pack highly ( I would actually say that it sounds better than the 2005.3) and I think it will suit the Denon really well - we can offer this package at £789.90/ €929.99.

Thanks again and keep me posted,
