I am trying to set up a stock sheet and invoice to be tied in together on Excel. I have already used the vllokup formula to marry my stock code to my invoice, so when I enter in a stock code on an invoice i just enter the code and the description comes up automatically.

What I want to do now is, when I enter a quantity amount on to the invoice I want it to deduct from my Stock Sheet

    Can any one please help

    Thanks
