Hi Lalucy-if you live a certain amount of miles from the SW office you are deemed to live in a remote or semi remote area, im in a semi remote according to them so they post my signing docket and i sign date it and post it back to SW. i've been doing it for months-works grand and otherwise for me its a 30 mile round trip to sign so to be honest im delighted to do it!. hth

I am the same because I live in rural Ireland, I send in my docket every two months and sign on every two months. The only problem I had was the month they did not receive the docket I posted so they cut me off and I had to claim again.

So I drop the docket in person to them now, I just can't take the chance of been cut off again.

well if you knew someone going in they could drop it in for you or you could send it by registered post. It's just they are so busy that from time to time things do get lost and those dockets are pretty small. Or you could post it and then ring them to confirm that they got it.

Could i just pop it into that silver box outside the building or is that for something else? Will i put it in an envelope or leave it as it is? Sorry for stupid questions :)

If they are opened I just go up to the counter and hand it in. If it's closed I put it through the letter box or some offices might have a box outside. Don't worry about stupid questions I'm always asking them! I don't usually put it into envelope.
