sound system for A3

    Hi,

    just wondering if anyone has had any problems after installing a sound system in an Audi??

    I have an A3 year 2000 and i am looking at putting in a 2 channel amp, a sub and head unit. I have all the wiring kits and cables and was gonna do it with a mate of mine but after doing a bit of research it seems that Audi's are not the best makes for customosing your system. I have rang up a few places now and the majority of people Ive spoken to have said that i will more than likely get some distortion if I put in an amp.

    Does anyone have any experience with this or any tips or even know of any mod shops I can go to who will do it for me at a reasonable price? I know of DA Autostore up in Stepaside..any others??

    not at all if wired properly you should have no distortion and the a3 is fairly well sound deadened so shouldn be too many rattles and they are nice and easy to work on so go for it just take you time and enjoy J(Auto Electrical Concepts):pac:
