    Hey

I'm hoping someone may be able to help out with this. We are looking to build a house outside of Ashbourne in Co Meath and are stuck on what architect to use. We have the design and features all picked out so just need to get the drawing done and get advice on how best to approach the planners. Any help or advice much appreciated, I know of some people where it took 6 attempts before the planning was granted so want to avoid that as much as possible!!

    Thanks

May or may not have been the architects fault. The planners can very sticky at times most of the time
