updating wirless LAN (intel) driver 32bit

    My sony VAIO is telling me I have an update for the wirless driver. file is 29.8MB. question, I have no problems at present with existing driver,should I update with this and will it cause any problems to me existing wirless connection OR leave well alone.????:D
