I did my safe pass course back in middle of march and still havent got my card yet! how longs is it sposed to take and who do i contact about it! how long can it take to laminate a feckin card! what a joke

ring fas in the morn ,they will be able to tell you what the hold up is ,i know in alot of cases the agenceys doing the courses, are in trouble and couldnt afford to pay what ever they owed fas ,andwere trading on a week to week basis, but they did issue letters to prove the course had been done and passed,

however if you ring fas that will bypass the agencies , and cancel them out and fas can send you the card direct, it may cost a small fee ,im not sure
