Corsa Starting Problem

I have a bit of a problem with my car. Its a 95 Opel Corsa Swing 1.2. Well 90% of the time it starts no problem but still the other 10% happens quite frequently now when it wont start. This especially happens when there is wet weather. It used to happen when there was mist but now even if it rains overnight the car won't start the following morning. When it eventually starts you can feel it spluttering under the gearbox and exhaust region and then when you put down the accelerator it cuts out. It then could take a while to start again. I changed the leads, sparkplugs, air filter last Christmas. Any Ideas?

same thing happened to me when I had a corsa... could not figure it out. Someone mentioned to me that it might be the lambda sensor so you should get that checked out.
