    Hey people..

Anyone have any experience with the Josam alignment equipment.

I am trying to convince the boss to upgrade the wheel alignment gear in the workshop and he has sourced a repossesed system and he wanted to know how user friendly it is?

    Any opinions on it?

It probably the best gear you can get for truck alignment, takes a bit of getting used to but is very accurate.

Supposed to be one of the best on the market, but there is a lot of training involved in getting to use it...

Who is the agent in Ireland for it?

Could ya pick it up as you go along if you were used to an older system?

Are Josam connected to Snap-on ? I used to work for John Bean Company who were bought out by Snap-on 15 years ago or so and I recall us having a Josam truck aligner setup on a truck chassis in the back of the warehouse. I'll email a guy in tech support in Germany who's been with the company for yonks and see if he knows anything.

    Thanks for that.

I'm not aware of any connection but they may be.

Just sent an email to a guy there to find out who's doing them. Hopefully he'll have a lead on it...

Email back via Snap-on tech support in Germany. He said that they have no collaboration with Josam any more. He does however have a possible contact in Holland if that's any good to you ?
