It is literally a ten minute walk to front arch (no need for buses or taxis after a night out).
Myself and another Trinity Student are currently looking for somebody to take the double room in the house.
New kitchen recently fitted and wooden floors throughout.
-Washer/Dryer

-Hob
-Microwave
-Cable TV
-Internet
There is also a very secure shed at the back of the apartment complex to store your bicycle.

Rent is €500 per month
