Sorry, there is not catagory for V1.

Traditionally vets have been Over 35 for Women and Over 40 for men. A lot of races stick with this system, and dont provide an over 35 category. The existance of a mens Over 35 category is a relatively recent addition.

    Monaghan has streets?

Enough streets to do a 5k, but not enought to do it in one lap! 2 laps makes for a better atmosphere.

It should be a good night, and weather looks ok too!

I did this one year. Was good race but traffic was an issue. Is there stewards at all junctions etc..?

As for 035 men being new. Well its the european standard. I think its unfair for a man of 39 to be in same cat as a man of 21.
It should be the norm now.Seems most of the country races are living in the past. How come women are vet at 35+ and men at 40+?

    c ya there.!

Last friday saw another successful running of the Streets of Monaghan 5k. I have had a few PMs looking for results, so here they are.

So everyone ran between 12:15AM and 12:32AM ???

I thought it would list the time it took to complete the course. Perhaps I'm missing something.

Something wrong with your Excel. You may have an older version.

Seems some people may not be able to open the xls file as it is in a newer version of excel. I have saved it as a PDF below
