Not sure if I should be posting this here, move me if I'm wrong lads. Just overheard something there about a kayakathon happening in Wicklow before the end of the year. I think instead of the swim, you tke to a kayak. Anybody know when/where this is happening? Who's running it?

I'm in the kitchen, she's in the sitting room. The double doors are closed. I've been so bored, I started a farmville thing on facebook. Man it's addictive.

nice alternative to a pool based swim for the early season. I think I might just be home from honeymoon in time too :-)

I saw that on Rose of Tralee too, it's a Triathalon but the swimming part is kayaking instead.

Kayak race up in Galway on the 19th Sept looks good though.

I'm crewing (or shuttle-bunnying as it's called in kayaking circles) my one and only kayak race this year on the 5th (liffey descent).
