OPEN SPARING

    Dragons Lair Martial Arts in Kilkenny city will host and open spar on the first Sunday of each month at 11 am. This is to allow fighters especially the novices to gain experience from having a variety of sparring partners and this is open to all reagardless of club, asscociation,politics and all that other crap that messes up sports!

    This Sunday the 6th morning open spar 11am ,along with novices we have some very experinced fighters coming down for the spar including some champions such as, Vinny DiRuscio, Ruairi Burke, and Cathal Manning and Eric Daly from Galway so all welcome!
