Weight Loss while Training

    My marathon training has been a patchy this summer due to work reasons but I still would have expected to drop a lot more weight. Developed a bit of a belly towards the end of last year and usually being thin enough, this was a bit of a shock.

    Surprised I haven't dropped much but with 8 weeks or so to go, and trying to run 8-10 miles 3 days a week and then a big run at the weekend (and my diet being okay, not great but not bad either) should I expect much of a drop in my final weeks of training?
