Samsung - how to upgrade firmware

    Hi there
I have an older Samsung LE40M86, and it's still running the same firmware it left the factory with. I know in the UK firmware updates are free to air, but how can it be done in Ireland? TV's well out of warranty, so I'm sure a proper service centre would charge me a small fortune to do it, which irks when it *should* be doable for free.

    Any advice gladly welcomed!

I wouldn't mind updating the firmware on my tv too.
Any ideas on this one guys?
