I have a house to let in DL. Close to DL centre with bars, shops DART etc. Within walking or cycling distance to IADT. Also 46A available. 5 Beds: 1 single, 3 double, 1 twin. Had 6 IADT students last year. Maybe you could get a group of sharers together. Number if interested: 0878322134. REnt €2500 per month for 6 people.
