Was thinking about taking a spin up the coast if I got down early enough, but cycling to Dungarvan? No thanks.

That is walking time, we could get down in 8 hours or so I reckon total time.

I might leave Friday evening and get the first 100km out of the way then finish it off in the morning.

    Depending on the interest.

Then take the SK160 handy enough and cycle back on the Monday.

Upping the ante a bit there, Blorg...I was thinking of doing similar for the Mount Leinster next year but that's a good bit closer and I've already booked the hire car for this weekend. Also, I suspect Mrs Rottenhat would be less than amused by the suggestion.
