Multiplayer Online Gameplay performance making it unplayable

    Noticed up until a few weeks ago, I had no problems while playing only with a PS3. Now all of a sudden I am getting slow performance which is really annoying.

    For example, find a game takes longer than usual and then setting up the games takes ages. Once I get it, I must have been killed 10 times already. I go around the map and it judders. When I see a target I aim and fire... he should be dead, but 2 seconds later I am dead and I didnt even see him fire back a me!

    Is this related to my internet connection? I am with Eircom.

    could be anything from your tv, heating problems on ps3 or internet connection. You use wireless ? Any way to know about packet loss on ps3 ?

    Is that to do with the sub standard wireless card on the PS3 I heard about?
