being honest it was on a sex chat website and we were cybering and exchanged mails and continued cybering and chatting for a few days. This included c2c. This relationship then turned nasty after it become obvious that he was nasty guy pretending to be nice just to get c2c.

Sometime during this he had hacked my pc n had gotten other pic of me, family and friends. Also he got email addresses for my friends n family. I told a friend about this n they tried to reason wit him n they ended up giving him money for him to delete this info. So the we thought everything was ok. But he started showing me he still had this info. He was still hacking my pc n sending me all the info of my pc( such as what websites i was viewing). He was also able to get the bebo profiles of my friends and find out their ips n was able to chat to me using their ids (i dont know how this is possible, it was a friend who told me).

He set up a profile of me on a adult website n bebo profile (using naked pics of me n of my face n family pics). I asked my friend to deal with this n they ended up giving them money again. The hacker said he could use my friends ip to create this accounts and would use my friends id(who he had also hacked) to send emails to my family n friends wit my pics.

The money involved is quite significant (the hacker knows how much money my friend has cos my friend recently came into some money which the hacker found out i think from a convo we had on yahoo messanger) just i want to make sure they dont come back for more.
I should add that my friend hacked this person pc in order to delete the info they had on me.
Just wondering what my legal position in this? is there anyway they can de traced cos they did say to my friend they wont use that id again.
