Please excuse my ignorance but how do you get 3.3% from a pot? If the pot is €100 how much do you take?

Thats rounded down to the nearest euro, e.g €100 euro pot the rake would be 3 euro.

Well for the relaunch of our Monthly €250, the turnout wasnt very exciting with 15 runners, but a lot of our regulars are playing the 20k gauranteed tomorrow in Athlone so i guess thats the main reason. Anyway the owner Jackie Chan whom there was a €250 bounty on had taken out 3 players in the first half hour. Each one muttering some nasty comments as they walked out the door which of course is great for PR..LOL Down to the last 10 now.

We all telling Mike Murray the former owner of this Casino that he is never going to win a tournament if he doesnt go all in blind the odd time. so he does his best and ships 10 times the big blind with KJ off only to be called with KQ the flop comes K44 Turn 10 and river Ace for a split pot. Go on the aggressor always gets a bit of luck!! 3865642807

Chipleader Jackie is tightening up now as he realises that he may not have to pay the €250 bounty on his head.

Well Done to Percy!! But he did get a bit lucky against Jackie in an all in pre plop pot with A9 against AK. Percy gets to use his 9 for a straight on the river, but all in all he played very good poker throughout and deserved the win..

Hopefully we can do a better job blogging next time!

    2. Martin Prudek 1500.00
    3. Eoin Woods 250.00
    4. Jackie Wu 250.00
