Just tried to take the bike out now for the first time after the crash. Spent hours cleaning it off last night but didnt notice that both wheels are bent slightly out of shape. When I spin them they contact the brakes.

Only a few days left to the SK. Panic.

I have just ordered a pair of mavic aksiums but want to fit a new pair of tyres to them as well. As its heading into winter and because my crash was caused by slippage which tyres should I get?
I need a mix between high grip and not too heavy (as I need to go the 100k distance on the SK)

Also I have never changed this stuff before. What extra stuff do I need? Do I need tyre tape or anything like that?
