    Hi all

    Newbie - I will probably have lots of running and 1st marathon based questions, but for now, I'm looking to get kettebell weights.

    Does anyone know where I can get them in Waterford?

    is there an ar$$s near you, i got a 4.5kg kettlebell on tuesday and the sports shop i am dealing with rang me today to see he has an 8kg for me.

    have looked up loads of exercises on the internet and have used it the last two evenings, i love it!!
