Travel/Health Insurance

    I am going to Portugal for a week and I am whit VHI but I am going to be doing some water sports do I need to get other insurance like from www.insureandgo.com or will my VHI cover me?

    FYI I think I am with plan A but could be wrong.

    Here's a list of exclustions, quoted from their T&Cs:

    lifting; white water canoeing, white or black water rafting (grades 5 and 6); yachting outside territorial waters; or any other specially
    hazardous pursuits or activity except when organised as a holiday interest where You are given tuition by experts employed by the local

    See the last sentence of the passage quoted... If in doubt speak to the insurer. Better they tell you definitively rather than some bloke on the interwebs telling you what he thinks!
