Bluetooth nokia suite issue

I'm trying to install cabbage on nokia 6230i and you apparently need to use nokia suite otherwise it doesnt recognise the file if you transfer normally through xp. My problem is that nokia suite offer a bluetooth connection it shaded out at the connection screen. I am using an advent bluetooth anyone know what i should do?
