Copying this from the NUIG lot.

What kind of rent prices did people get this year?

I am paying €60 a week in Ballybane (Bayview).
    Pretty happy with it

Libary Bar, I have only been there once, seems a bit of a dive.
but then again I avoid student pubs like the plague.

    Dear god yes

Would only pay that if EVERYTHING was included ie. broadband, free land line, Tv with FULL sky digital, Electricity, oil ,

    or

If I was made of money which you must be if you can afford to pay that:D

Im paying 260 a month with free sky and oil where as you would be paying 350...

so basically get another housemate:) Bring down the incurred cost per person

Then again maybe im totaly wrong and over exagerating in which case ignor me:pac:

Where is the house? €700 for a 3 bed is fairly good.

You get free Oil? How does that work? Sure ya could leave it on 24/7

The land lord is going to pay to fill the tank up first off

213 a month which works out at roughly 53 a week for a house in Tara Grove.

300PCM or around 70 a week in Lurgan Park for a double room, which isn't too shabby. Though I'm looking to move.

OP, whats Ballybane like to live in? I've always heard terrible things from other students.
