Motors TV on NTL in Ireland

    Hi all,

    I've created this petition to try get NTL/UPC to add Motors TV to their channel listings. Please sign, even if you don't have NTL!

    Zombie bump here but I wonder if there might be a bit more inclination from UPC now that Motors has gone free to air over satellite? Would be immensely handy for those who want the daily WRC updates but don't want to shell out for the BT Sports/Setanta package.

    Are you sure it is free to air on satellite?

    I got a UK SKY free to view card on ebay to watch it.

    We could do with it now alright! It seem like eurosport are showing a lot less motor sports these days. And since BT-sport came on the scene and sky pushed all there Indy coverage to sky sports F1 it feel like there is a lot less motor sports available on NTL right now!

    Just checked and Motors TV is not Free to Air on satellite.

    It is Free to View which means you need a Sky UK card and a Sky Box to view it. These can be got on ebay for about €10. There is no monthly fee to sky once you have the UK free to view card.

    Free to View means that it is encyrpyted and you need a satellite box that can read the free to view card. You pay a once off fee for the card.

    Free to air means that is unencrypted and you can use any satellite box to watch for free. No card are needed.

    Get Sky NTL is crap anyway with their pre historic equipment
