I find AccuWeather quite good, but none of them are ever 100% correct!

I find www.freemeteo.com to be good. It covers pretty much the whole planet.

Some of the others seem to get it wrong big time, but if you are just looking up to 48 hours ahead AccuWeather seem pretty accurate most of the time
